Shipping & Orders

  • How long is the order processing time?
    • Processing time is 2-3 business days. Tracking information is sent via email once items have shipped.
  • How long will it take for my package to arrive?
    • Orders that use Standard Shipping are estimated to arrive within 5-7 business days (excluding holidays and weekends)
    • Orders that use Expedited Shipping are estimated to arrive within 4-6 business days (excluding holidays and weekends)
  • Can I change the shipping address for my order?
    • Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to any address other than the address that was used when your order was placed due to security purposes.
  • What shipping method do you use?
    • We use USPS First-Class Mail and First-Class Mail International to ship orders. You may track your order by visiting www.USPS.com.
  • How do I check the status of my order?
    • You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been transmitted successfully. In addition, a shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent once your order has been shipped. This confirmation will include the tracking number of your package.
  • What should I do if my package is missing?
    • Please check your leasing office, front desk, or parcel. If your package is still missing, please contact us via email at officialkydee@gmail.com 24 hours after the expected delivery date.
  • What payment options do you accept?
    • We accept payments via Debit Card, Credit Card, Apple Pay, Cash App Pay, and PayPal. PayPal allows customers to pay using their credit and debit cards, PayPal account balances, and bank accounts securely without sharing your personal information.

No refunds, or exchanges will be granted for any reason except for receiving the wrong product.
