No refunds or exchanges will be granted for any reason except for receiving the wrong product.
If by any chance there was a mistake on our behalf whether it be a wrong or missing order, please contact us immediately via email at officialkydee@gmail.com. In the email, please include the following:

Photo Upload for Proof of Wrong Item Received
The order must be reported to us within 24 hours of it being delivered. We do not ship replacements.
